Instructions

Kritica is a system for searching names in publicly available data in land register legal sources such as main books, possession sheets, and books of deposited contracts. The search results are based on the relatively fresh state of the mentioned legal sources, with the exception of the most recently entered data, which are entered at certain time intervals.

The search query can consist of one to five words and is expected to be an OIB or part of a name. If it is a part of the name and only one word is given, and there is no owner whose name is only exactly one word mentioned in the query, the user is offered query options of at least two words, one of which is the one from the initial query.

When writing, it does not matter if capital letters are written and if diacritics are used, such as č, ö or đ instead of c, o or d. It is also not necessary to use periods, quotation marks or other characters within the name.

The obtained results show only active data, i.e., historical data is no longer displayed in the new Krtica interface because there is less need for them. If there is a need to view some of the historical data, it is enough to go to the Old search in the menu, which also checks the historical data and gives the appropriate results if they exist.

In case of any questions or the need for a different type of search, it is enough to contact us and we will try to answer as soon as possible with the condition of providing the best possible answer.
